Who it's for
You want to switch off after work
— but your mind keeps running the day back.
You've tried meditating and "couldn't stop thinking"
That's normal, and it's exactly what guidance is for.
You're a parent
— and you haven't had 20 minutes to yourself this week.
You're curious
— and never found an entry point that didn't feel like a commitment.

Questions people ask
Do I need any meditation experience?
No. The session is designed for first-timers; regulars are welcome too.
What do I need?
A phone or laptop, somewhere you can sit for 25 minutes, and headphones if you share your space.
Do I have to turn my camera on?
No. Many people keep it off. Mic stays muted except if you want to ask something at the end.
Is this religious?
No. It's a guided breathing-and-attention practice. Nothing to believe, nothing to join.
Is there a sales pitch?
No. At the end we mention the next free session. That's it.
Is it really free?
Yes. It's run by volunteer facilitators. Eventbrite shows S$0.
What if I can't stay the full 25 minutes?
Join anyway. Leaving quietly is fine.
How do I join on the day?
Eventbrite emails you the Zoom link after you register, and again before the session.
